Embodied presence
Simple body-based practices that support grounding, presence, breathing, creative imagination and awareness of inner sensations.
The Living Earth & the Authentic Human tribe
For people who wish to reconnect with their deeper Essence through the beautiful help of nature and its beings — approaching the landscape not as scenery, but as a partner in reflection and rejuvenation.
At the centre of this work is a simple but profound question: how can we feel life more deeply — in ourselves, in others, and in the living world around us?
Through guided exercises in nature, moments of silence, sensory awareness and reflective sharing, you are invited to slow down, observe, listen, and enter into relationship with the landscape as a living mirror — a space to recognise your patterns, soften the inner noise, and remember a more authentic way of being.
Everything you’ve always been looking for is within you.
Teacher · Retreat facilitator · Geoculture researcher
Gregor Matos is a teacher, workshop and retreat facilitator, and a researcher of the relationship between human beings, nature, creativity and consciousness. He studied physics and adult education, and his work joins long experience in education with experiential work in nature, artistic creation, and the exploration of perception.
Since 2008 he has been an active member — and executive secretary — of VITAAA, the Association for the Coexistence of Humanity, Nature and Environment. Since 2019 he has led retreats, workshops and educational programs in Slovenia and abroad, and he is a co-founder of The Alchemy of You. Within VITAAA he helps develop geoculture: an approach that understands the Earth and its beings, landscapes and places as living fields of relationship rather than passive environments.
His workshops invite participants to reconnect with their deeper Essence through embodied presence, creativity and direct contact with nature — discovering the landscape as a living mirror, a space of rejuvenation, and a beautiful support in inner transformation.
Together we create a safe space — and through gently guided exercises in nature, we develop awareness of sensations, of inner experience, and of what is present in the moment.
The focus is on allowing ourselves to go beyond the mind, to feel more deeply, and to step into deeper wisdom. The practices refine perception and develop sensitivity — sensory awareness, body presence, and a more conscious relationship with nature and its visible and invisible dimensions. Nature becomes a mirror of you: your awareness expands, and whatever arises is welcome.
The aim is not to provide fixed answers, but to create the conditions in which each participant can experience a more direct relationship with themselves and the world around them.

Encounters with nature and its beings often bring a sense of balance and deep inner peace, and help us rediscover the magic of life and, eventually, our own inner Essence.
Five threads, woven through the week in the living landscape of the Adriatic.
Simple body-based practices that support grounding, presence, breathing, creative imagination and awareness of inner sensations.
Exercises in selected places in nature explore how perception can expand beyond ordinary observation — listening with the body, the senses, intuition and creative imagination.
Direct contact with particular places, elements, trees, stones and water. These encounters become mirrors for inner reflection and self-recognition.
Experiences are brought into conscious understanding through sharing, with the support of a small group — and a focus on carrying what you discover into daily life.
An introduction to geoculture as a practical, experiential path of listening, respect and co-creation with the Earth — not a belief system. Gaia Touch exercises are introduced along the way.
This invitation is for people who feel called to deepen their relationship with nature and with themselves — especially those who love nature and are drawn to deep personal development.
You may be someone who wants to:
No previous experience is required. What matters most is openness, curiosity, sensitivity — and a willingness to slow down and listen.
This work is experiential, gentle and reflective. It asks for no specific knowledge or belief system.
To support a culture in which human beings remember that they are not separate — from themselves, or from nature. By refining perception and cultivating awareness, we begin to relate to the world with more sensitivity, trust and compassion — and may eventually rediscover the true Love that lies at the core of everything.
Slow down, listen, and let the living world mirror you back to yourself — a week of quiet discovery on the Adriatic, in a tribe of kindred people.
