The Adriatic Environment

The retreat takes place on the Adriatic coast of Croatia — surrounded by sea, islands, nature and historical Mediterranean landscapes. Alongside the proving work, participants will experience:

Water Purification: Krka National Park & Boat Cruise

A meditative boat ride through the emerald waters and cascading waterfalls of Krka to align with the raw power of the water element.

Meeting the Guardians: Marine Journey to Meet Dolphins

A sailing expedition into the open sea in Kornati Sea National Park to seek a living dialogue with dolphins, connecting directly with the joyful field of Lac delphinum.

Social Networking Dinners

An excellent opportunity to connect with fellow participants, share professional insights, and build meaningful relationships in a relaxed evening setting.

Evening Circles: Seaside Gatherings

Cozy beachside evenings filled with live music and soulful conversations.

Picigin: Moving our bodies while having fun

Participants will have the opportunity to engage in a game of Picigin — a traditional Croatian non-competitive amateur sport played in the shallow waters of sandy beaches.

The Heart Union: Celebration Gala Dinner

A closing seaside ritual dinner celebrating the integration of our journey, shared community meals, and the deep human connections formed during the 7 days.
